Goods refers to products sold via WeConverse.
Orders refers to purchase requests made by You.

You refers to the individual or entity making the purchase.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed or registration is completed, cancellation is not possible after dispatch or confirmation. If an order was placed by mistake, please contact us immediately at +91 9033047732 or ccare@wehearglobal.com.

Orders not yet dispatched may be eligible for cancellation, subject to payment gateway fees and processing costs. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for Goods with verified product quality issues. Such issues must be confirmed by a scientific report from an NABL-certified laboratory or an equivalent facility.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Custom-made or personalized Goods.
  2. Perishable Goods or products past their expiration date.
  3. Products unsealed and non-returnable for health or hygiene reasons.
  4. Goods that have been mixed with other items post-delivery.

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable, except where required by law. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for items returned in a damaged condition. To initiate a refund, please email ccare@wehearglobal.com with your invoice and order details.

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods. Return the product to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service to avoid loss or damage during transit. Refunds will only be processed after we confirm receipt of the returned Goods.

Warranty Information

All Goods are covered by the following warranties:

  • 3-year warranty: Covers manufacturing defects.
  • 1-year limited warranty for batteries: Covers battery defects, excluding issues from overcharging or swelling.

Physical damage or water damage is not covered under warranty.
