Despite its ambitious start, the casino faced financial difficulties, leading to its closure just three months later. The property was sold to Kirk Kerkorian in 1968, who eventually demolished it to make way for the original MGM Grand Hotel, now known as Horseshoe Las Vegas. This design is part of our vintage retro
