It belonged to Tress William Mangu #336 32 71, Torpedo man Second Class USN and includes his original 1934 dated Torpedo School graduation certificate from the Naval Torpedo Station in Newport Rhode Island. The album is hardcover and features a dark green embossed front cover with Chinese Dragons as well as a naval anchor with life saver ring that reads IN MEMORY OF MY CHINA CRUISE. It is
