Insignia in silvered zinc, affixed to a five sided red patinated and white finished aluminum upper, wrapped around a metal support, measuring 29. 7 mm (w) x 50. 5 mm (h) each, silvering loss on the insignia, surface rust evident on the frame, near extremely fine.
