Long strand fibreglass is chopped and combined with the cement mix at the moment of application, which develops the strength to work in thin walls, so each piece weighs a fraction of what the same form would in pre cast concrete. Each piece is hand finished to remove cast lines, so colour and surface stay consistent across a group, and coloured with reactive oxides and paints that hold up outdoors.
