'Sweet Tater Pie' has thick, waxy leaves that are very wavy. The glossy, chartreuse golden color (brightest in spring) changes throughout the wavy leaf like shadows on a mountainous terrain. The 30" wide clump is topped with purple, star like flowers in midsummer on 28" tall scapes the perfect southern dessert!
